Packing damage after shipped is the responsibility of the carrier.
I am Only responsible for packing your artwork as secure in travels as possible.
My responsibility ends after it's shipped.
Your package will be insured by the carrier, allowing you to open an investigation or get a refund from the carrier. Buyer is responsible opening a case and following up with the carrier.
